If you've already contacted the construction company go ahead and call a tow company. Call the company again after it's towed and explain your reasoning. I know they're joke replies, but don't mess with the vehicle yourself or you might open yourself up to lawsuits.

Not really. I was New York state heavyweight Golden Gloves champ along with a few other GG and AAU titles.
Always best to settle temporary problems with the least physically confrontational methods possible.
Now, if someone gets in my face and absolutely insists on making it ugly... then OK.
