I ended up installing this product next to the coolant fill tank. LINK

You essentially cut away the slide on nozzle portion coming from the tank and install this in its place. It took some serious elbow grease and a bit of dish soap, but it did the trick. I believe the dealership fix involves a brand new nozzle and overflow tank. Costly repair around $600-700. This is a $30 fix and eliminates any potential leaking.
