None other than Trace Armstrong which means it's going to cost LSU some serious money to keep him along with a new title and it's only a matter of time before he's getting head coaching opportunities.

Brady’s future, a hotly debated subject over the last month, is in Baton Rouge, he says. Asked if he’ll be at LSU in 2020, he quipped, “Absolutely,” but side stepped a question about potential contract negotiations with LSU. Tigers officials and Brady’s new agent, Trace Armstrong, have been involved in discussions about his future, including a lucrative contractual offer that those at the school expect will keep him in Baton Rouge.

This is >99% due to what he’s done for LSU this year and <1% due to the agent he hired.

Good. Regardless of how much we want him and how often he's said he wants to stay here, he should have competent representation and get paid what he deserves. LSU is throwing money at coordinators left and right. Brady shouldn't be the first exception.

Good, pay him what he deserves, which is a lot.

That's not a problem. The problem is Armstrong is an underhanded bitch

Exactly. Did he not have one already? That's more surprising than the fact he's signed with one now.

I always laugh at this, and it is the downfall of so many good employees. Just because you are good at a particular aspect of something doesn't mean you would be good at running the entire company.

My left nut could be Brady's agent and this would all still be true.

Armstrong will be fielding a lot of calls for Brady
You don't hire an agent of that magnitude to stay as a co offensive coordinator for long

It’s gonna cost LSU serious money to keep him regardless of who his agent is

What % of the plays has Brady called this year, compared to O. I'm just curious.

I wonder if they'll have to name him "Co-Offensive Coordinator"

Agreed on Trace BUT it appears the Brady loves LSU as LSU gave him his big shot. You can tell Coach O loves him. I'm not alluding to any discount, but I would absolutely be shocked if we don't pay him his worth and quickly retain him after season is over.

Woodward and O will make it happen. Money isn’t an issue.

If he wants to leave for other reasons that’s the only way I see it happening.

Yes. He basically used LSU as a chip to force Texas hand in firing Strong.
