Get a few of snakes and toss them under the house... won't have rodent problem.for very long.
Not being funny, had field mice infiltrate my place in OK, caught a few king snakes and rat snakes, released them under the house, in a couple weeks there were no mice to be seen. The snakes moved on once the food source was gone, all but the one who decided to pay the wife a visit in the sink cabinet....poor thing got introduced to a cast iron skillet.
