While i agree with some points you make i dont agree with them all.
If a woman wants to slut around...umm not my cup of tea in a woman but go for it. There is nothing more or less wrong with that than a male doing it.
If a woman wants to slut around while married with kids and breaks up marriages. The frick her she is a shitty person. But that goes for men as well who do the same.
The societal issue is people being shitty spouses/parents. Not an issue because woman decided to start acting like men have for centuries.

Since women can get pregnant in the process, I’d say there is another level of consequence that a woman takes by sleeping around.

I agree on a moral level, however if you think, on average, women and men look at casual sex the same way you're wrong.
Women, generally, aren't wired to have sex with 50 dudes and be content/happy. They want security and resources to help raise children.
A man sleeping with 50 women will likely feel a lot different as he is wired differently.

More than you've pointed out.
I agree that if a woman wants to sell her body for cash, as long as the other partner isn't a minor or an animal, fine.
BUT what I have a problem with is PAYING for her choices. I should NOT have to pay for her birth control devices/pills, her STD treatments, her abortions (to include any medical costs related to botched ones).
THAT is what the "progressives" want us to do.
