It's a good thing our players have heart because most of the posters here lack chest.

This is just dumb!!! If you asked the players if they'd rather have a regionally local game and an easier path to the championship they'd be STUPID to say, "NO WAY, We want to play a really tough team 1000 miles away from home so neither of us have a home field advantage!!! Who cares that we've already played what will be the toughest schedule of all 4 playoff teams, and have earned the right to have the advantages of a #1 seed?!!? We want PsychTiger to enjoy his TV viewing experience in the semi-final matchup!"

IT'S LOGIC and RESPECT, NOT FEAR!!! You're hearing what Clemson and ESPN are saying and projecting it. Only thing to fear is if LSU somehow doesn't play well against a good opponent, and can't overcome a few uncharacteristic, self-inflicted mistakes... That scenario would be a Clemson matchup in the semi-finals. Basically, the whole Clemson team are veterans of the playoffs so the stage will be more comfortable to them, and they will be able to take a bigger advantage of LSU mistakes. LSU would need to bring their "A" game the whole game against Clemson, but could more than likely overcome mistakes against an OU or Utah. LSU's team has improved defensively and has brought the "A" game offensively in every game (maybe A- against Auburn), but LSU is the best team and will be favored in every game moving forward no matter who the opponent.

I believe we will beat whoever we play, dipshit. I just would prefer playing a girl's team in the 1st round.
