Were Rudy's business "talks" illegal? His efforts to "dig up dirt on one of Trump's political rivals" sure as hell wasn't.

Giuliani was paid $500,000 by Parnas for "consultations". He met with mobbed up Ukrainian oligarch Firtash in Vienna to get dirt on Biden. In return he met with Barr on behalf of Firtash who is fighting extradition to the U.S. to face federal charges of bribery and extortion. He was the master mind behind the fraudulent affidavit submitted by Shokin (that Giuliani waved around on tv) saying that he was fired because he was investigating Biden's and not for corruption.
