We all know the names Elias Ricks, Rakim Jarrett, and Arik Gilbert. But it seems like every once in a while there is a recruit that flies relatively under the radar who comes in and surpasses guys ranked ahead of them (TM7, Greedy, Chase (was ranked lower than Marshall), Justin Jefferson). Who will that guy be in this class?

It doesnt have to be a guy who is Under the Radar from a national standpoint. It could just be a guy like Chase. Someone who was highly ranked but overshadowed by someone else ranked higher at the same position.

Chase was not "under the radar". He was the #4 recruit in Louisiana. He was a 5-star in at least one of the recruiting services. I think most people thought Marshall had more upside but also knew he was injured.

Josh White and Major Burns. They don’t get a lot of attention but both seem to have bright futures.

Josh White-criminally undiscussed
Max Johnson-his pedigree just makes me think he's gonna be fine

Demon Clowney if he hopefully holds on in this class.

Not as talented as his cousin Jadeveon but a trip through the Moffitt program and some college coaching could make him an elite pass-rusher.

Josh White would be 1B for me. Seems like he can have Jacob Phillips-esque production as a consistent sideline-to-sideline tackler

Justin Jefferson was as under the radar as they come. I think he was the No 79 ranked player...in Louisiana. Also there was talk that he might be a qualifier problem. Everybody thought his offer was just an olive branch to the Jefferson family as LSU legends. He’s turned out to be the heart and soul of the greatest single season of receiving in LSU history.

This!

I was going to say Josh White but he's a top 150 player in the country.

Malcom Greene

Because Raymond said he reminds him of Mathieu and he's obviously brilliant, so I expect a coach on the field type player.

I’m not playing.

I swore up and down that Drayton Calhoun from Georgia was going to be the best punt returner we had ever seen at LSU.

And many of us thought Russell Shepard was gonna be the next Vick. We are all wrong a lot.

I thought Armand Williams would be a red zone and deep ball weapon for us.

Kid could fly AND levitate.

Just couldn't catch a football very well
