Don't take this the wrong way but Nuclear Sclerosis IS 100% cataracts. Nuclear Sclerosis is a type of cataract, the most common cataract seen in aging animals/humans.
Almost all cataracts come on very slowly with nuclear sclerosis (clouding of the nucleus of the lens) being by far the most common type of cataract.
