With the exception of hiring Canada, which I feel he was pressured into hiring a big name guy, he has done an incredible job. Of course some on here like goldrush and Ricky kept saying “he said it wasn’t a rebuild” and we should be competing for playoffs right away we’re dumb to think just bc a coach said something in a press conference doesn’t mean it won’t take time. A coach should never say “this team sucks it will be hard to compete in ur 1” what would that tell the players. He has us going and I think even Bama is worried.

Honestly I think Our OC hires left at least 4 wins on the table in 2017 and 2018.

Canada was a bad hire
Ensminger also wasn’t a great hire.

BUT O made a good decision and changed things up 3 years in a row till we got it right.
