Addressing 2019 CFP Elephant - Bama Is A Top 4 Team....

Alabama is the last team I want LSU to face in the CFP, because Bama is a legit top 4 team in 2019 without Tua. As great as Tua is, Bama doesn't need Tua for the Bama receivers to make big plays.
The 2019 LSU Tigers have given us fans the most exciting season in my lifetime of 50 years. This team is historic and this season is going to be one of the seasons my grandchildren will be talking about 50 years from now.
I say we as fans start truly rooting for this team to be "the team" our children and grandchildren talk about. 2019 IS THE SEASON!!!
How many opportunities do y'all think were going to get to play Bama twice in a season?? We play in the same division of the same conference and who knows when LSU and Bama will ever meet in November as two undefeated teams? 2019 is an opportunity to make 2011 a footnote in the LSU Bama rivalry by beating Bama twice in one season.
The LSU Bama rivalry is one of the best in all of college football. The Bama game has always been a game that I have always forward to every season, because the game has always been fun. However after 2011, the rivalry has lost everything that made it so damn good.
The thing that made the LSU Bama rivalry such a great rivalry was the two best SEC fan bases meeting every year to participate in a great day of college football. All SEC fans love their football programs. What sets LSU and Bama fans apart from other SEC schools is the number of fans both schools who know so much about their team, their programs history, and the unique game of COLLEGE FOOTBALL.
There is not a better group of fans to tailgate with than Bama fans. Whether you're a LSU or Bama fan, any decent human being who loves SEC football will tell you there is no better college football pre-game celebration that beats LSU and Bama. However, this is a great day of football LSU and Bama fans are going to piss away.
LSU fans need to get over the loss of Nick Saban. Bama fans need to get over themselves because Bama fans, national championships, tradition, etc. wasn't too good for Saban to turn down. Saban was a failing coach in Miami and Bama was on the brink of becoming an SEC bottom feeder after Dubose, Price, Franchione, and Shula. Bama fans should know Saban well enough to know that Saban knows a good opportunity when it comes along. Saban does what's best for Saban and the only thing that Saban loves about Bama is his legacy.
Both fan bases should recognize that Saban is visionary. Saban is great because he has defined success in 21st century college football. Saban deserves his legacy because he earned it at LSU and Bama. Neither LSU nor Bama would be where they are today if it wasn't for Saban, but Saban would be Saban regardless of the programs he turned around.
Moreover, both fan bases need to recognize that while our teams are making history our fans are ruining a great rivalry. What used to be a great day in college football with great fans is descending into stupidity. It's not a rivalry about great football and mutual respect. It's become a rivalry of butthurt and unearned fan hubris.
When future generations of LSU and Bama fans meet and Bama fans start getting loose with the truth about how many national titles Bama has, I want my grandchildren to tell the story of 2019 when LSU beat Bama twice in one season to win a national title. As fans, let's root for tradition. Let's get this rivalry back to the games played on the field and get past what happened with a coach off the field.

This is dumb. We beat them in their house, with Tua. Your scared of playing them again at a neutral site with their backup who will have only faced a decent defense after playing Auburn? The dude has little to none big game experience, and will crumble under pressure. Besides, Auburn will beat them this weekend so you can rest your little mind about the Gumps

Bama might be a top 4 team, but they have proven on the field that they are not the #1 team.
The CFP isn't about picking the top 4 teams, it's about getting the right #1 team.
Who is the best between LSU, Ohio, & Clemson? Nobody can be sure yet.
Who is the best between LSU & Alabama? We already know that, so no reason to include them.

Dude, you just wasted a lot a finger energy. This isn't a blog, why post something so lengthy, no one is going to read that...

Shadow staff contractor. Maybe they are going through staff turnover since they have not been handing out enough commission checks due to diminishing returns on click baits?

Not reading all this. Bama is a top 4 team. They have played one ranked team and lost. The biggest win of their season would be a 3 loss auburn team IF THEY can win that one. They just do not deserve to get in over a 1 loss conference champion who is going to have a better resume. Oklahoma would have to beat Baylor twice. Baylor would have beaten Oklahoma if they win. Either Utah or big 12 champ deserves to get in over bama with 1 loss.
