I had an easy solution to your problem, especially if you're not local,
but you're on your own now. Good luck pal.

For anyone interested, I don’t know if the three ticket thing is in place or not but camera tickets were carved out so one camera ticket = the boot.

During my investigation I was shocked to learn that more than $245,961,000 is owed to the city for parking and camera tickets dating back to 2008. talk about fricking your citizens.

I put a piece of paper over the license plate when I park on street in New Orleans. Lazy van scanner driver has no chance of getting out to remove paper.

Do those scanner vehicles drive down residential areas?

You’re cool in Lakeview, but don’t go downtown.
