It will feel good, since many of us have never seen it in our lifetime.

Let me say this, I think Joe wins. But the Heisman voters love to pull someone out at the last minute. See: RGIII, Kyler Murray, Baker Mayfield, Derek Henry, Manziel, etc. none of these guys were leading at this point and all won it.

To be honest, i have witnessed LSU win 2 natty's in my time and played for a 3rd. I almost rather Burrow winning the heisman than a natty if i had to choose. It does wonders for qb recruiting. I think we win both this year. What a time to be an LSU Tiger!

It will be the first one I watch in at least 10 years.

Will feel better when we hoist the NC trophy

Winning the natty AND Burrow winning the Heisman - that is complete happiness.

While I understand your sentiment that was a much much closer race. Joe has become a household name this year that fathers and mothers want their daughters to marry.

Gotta say...
I will be happy for him because he's absolutely earned it.
I will also have a rush of pride for LSU.

Gonna cry. Call me a pussy and ill punch a hole through your insecure chest. I love these boys and I'll cry just like I did watching CEH in the arms of both his dad and coach. I love the empathy of those who deserve the recognition for their accomplishments actually reaching their mountain tops.
I'm dying for the moment Joe holds the crystal ball. I'd be devistated if we couldn't make it all the way. Judge away.

Joe seems like a guy who’d give his speech, pose for pictures holding the heisman, then hand it to the runner up on his way out. DGAF

Honeybaddger should present the award to him as he should have won it in 2011 as best college football player.

quote:No way. I want to get the full package: LSU winning the SEC Championship undefeated, Burrow winning the Heisman, LSU making it to the final game with no asterisks and no behind the scenes story lines where we shouldn't have gotten in but did or some other team should have made it in, etc. And finally, closing the deal and winning the title. All those things together would eclipse the 03 and 07 titles, by far. I would feel complete as an LSU fan if we get to experience all those things together.

No judgement here. I teared up in that moment and will for Joe in his big moment as well. It will be surreal really.
