Maybe you were in the older half of the generation (stuff like Ren and Stimpy, X-Men, Gargoyles, etc.). Different shows, but the same level of edginess, unlike just about everything from 2006-now.

he does understand that by definition those are not millennials even though some publications still lump them together.
True millennial watched Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, He-Man and Thurdercats.
He doesnt understand that some millennials were 7-9 in 1990.
