I don’t see it happening as there are still lots of middle to upper class folks living in Shreveport proper as well.

I own a house in Broadmoor, once my fiancée moves here, gets established, and we settle on what we want to do for a new home we'll be heading to SE Shreveport. Medical offices are under development, lots of work being done along Southern Loop, my folks live in Southern Trace...no real reason to stay in the middle of town when I-49 and the loops make it so easy to get anywhere else.
