Hahaha, I love computer challenges. Dropped another 25 votes. Way around IP limitation is to change IP, you can connect a computer to your cell phone and get a new ip. turn off the hotspot for 20 minutes, then turn it on and you get another IP, drop another 25. Repeat.

I have Norton VPN on my iPhone. I can change my IP at will....and have it show up from anywhere in the world. I'm finna indulge in a voting frenzy.
