Can’t wait to throttle Ohio State in the Natty

That’s all... it’s gonna be glorious seeing Burrow go in raw on Ohio State in the dome

What would Big Lee say about that game Saturday?

Be honest, have you even watched any of their games this year?

LSU is great but they are not capable of "throttling" Ohio State. Would be a slugfest.

I don't watch JV ball. Sorry.

They are indeed capable. It’s not likely to happen, but certainly not outright the realm of possibility. They could hypothetically throttle us too, although that’s probably even less likely to occur than us throttling them.
It’s football, anything could happen.
The F’ing Falcons just “throttled” the Saints. That would be like LSU being dominated by Arkansas. Stranger things have happened.
I just can’t see this team losing a game. I am unable to envision any of our remaining opponents and potential opponents beating us. It just feels like a team of destiny so to speak. I’m just enjoying the ride.

I'd be surprised if osu makes it. Big 10 is way overrated this year and osu hasn't played nobody. The best buckeye road w is Indiana - who's the king of overrated teams this year with their best victory over ball st.
If a team has a decent secondary to stay remotely close to the buckeye wrs, I don't think Fields will get them the ball.

You do realize they literally just broke the record for highest rated team ever for both Sagarin (since 1998) and ESPN FPI (since 2004). I mean I like our chances but let’s not go overboard here.

OSU is a truly talented team and well coached. LSU is most certainly capable of putting together a dominant performance against them, although I would expect more of a back and forth game.
I have stopped doubting this offenses ability to score at will after the UF game.
Question is do we make adjustments on defense between series or only at half?
My only complaint about Aranda is we don't seem to make adjustments unless it's at halftime.

The last time OSU had the best Defense in the Nation and "The Wizard" sliced them up like a Turkey!

Sure they haven’t played anybody but OSU is pretty damn good

We have three SEC games left, a SECCG vs Ga, a possible Playoff berth vs Clem, Bama, Oreg, Utah, Okla, Minn..
And you are already expecting a rout of loaded Oh St?
Rat Poison..you are!

I think we should make a regular thing of it for the whole millennium and crush Ohio State for a championship every 12 years (2007, 2019, 2031, 2043, 2055, etc...). We can kick other teams asses in the interim years.

It would be a good game - the type of game Joe Burrow would thrive in
OSU hasn’t played anyone- I have watched all their games and they are bigger stronger faster and much more athletic than any team they faced
As a conference, the big ten is much slower and not as physical as the SEC
The Buckeyes though, are like an SEC team, but they haven’t played anyone close to the talent of Bama,Florida, Auburn, and the Tigers- in fact, when Tigers played Texas in week 2, I believe Texas was better than every Big Ten team except OSU
How do I compare the competition between teams- Georgia Southern whooped 55-3 in Death Valley; loses by three at undefeated Minnesota; Penn St was rated 4 by CFP and loses by 5 at Minnesota
I make this comparison because Penn St has been thrown in as elite because they beat Michigan by a TD and Iowa by less than a TD - Iowa’s big win is Iowa St, Michigan’s is Notre Dame
The other Big Ten darling is Wisconsin, their big win is Michigan. All that tells me is mediocrity between all those teams and a Georgia Southern team that can compete with their best
OSU QB Fields has been very good this year, has good receivers, but IMO his lack of experience shows in his accuracy. He can hurt you with his legs, but hasn’t faced a team with one shutdown DB let alone multiple top defenders. He also hasn’t faced real speed and pressure.
The Buckeyes do have a stout OL and a great RB in Dobbins, who is very similar to CEH. Their OL is the strength of their O, and when stalled, they go to Dobbins.
Defensively they are starting 4 DB’s who will be drafted in the first 2 rounds this year. They have as good a DL as Auburn, and are very deep (Young is the best, but it helps having Hamilton,Landers,Togai, Smith, and Cornell). LB’s are solid, Harrison is a stud.
The advantage the Tigers have is playing against top defenses- they are more than battle tested and can hold their own with any defense. The Buckeyes will not see an offense even close to LSU’s all year.
They may think that going up against their offense in practice will prepare them, but their O is 2 or 3 notches below the Tigers.
If it happens it will be a very good game, I would give the edge to LSU the same reason 2006 and 2007 BCS championship games haunts the Buckeyes- not facing that type of competition will show.
