This was awful, especially with Soutwest. I haven't seen any reports of how it's going at the new place. I'm hoping it's much improved, but it seemed more like a personnel issue at the old place than anything.

This was a staffing issue. Their local management figured more people would use the kiosks than wanting/needed to talk to an agent.

I had asked a swa customer service agent about the long lines.... and thats exactly what she told me.... the management scheduled 3 CSAs for some of the busiest weekends all year.

Does that satisfy you LSUFANHOUSTON or did she miss out on a contract or have some ax to grind?
