I thought we had a transcript of the call, ie a pic of me shooting the guy in your scenario. It’s no longer just the word of an eye witness.

Yeah so what he's got prior convictions for fraud, his credibility isn't at issue.....yours is!!

In this scenario wouldn't it be that "we have someone that heard you were accused of murder by an eye witness. And while we know everyone that could be an eye witness and none of them say you did it, but this 3rd party account says you did"
