More wealth and political power concentrated in DC/ Baltimore/Richmond area than has ever been amassed in the history of the world and Cummings district has been the direct beneficiary of massive government pork projects.
You think your analogy cogent and compelling? Really..With a region that was not only surpressed economically by the federal government for over a hundred years, but was largely physically destroyed
Furthermore, your numbers do not truly reflect what is going on in Cummings district...there are more college graduates because there are two major universities in his district. How many of those college graduates attended high School in Cummings district?

I've been to a few 3rd world countries.[/quote]
How did you enjoy your visit there to Detroit, East St. Louis, Chicago, LA, and San Francisco, just to name a few?

"You think your analogy cogent and compelling?"
Isn't an analogy. It is a comparison. Much like many compared Cummings district to a third-world district. Now that I've compared it to Alabama, suddenly posters have excuses and limitations.
Major universities? LIke Alabama? Like Auburn? Those major universities?
Backpedal all you want, the comparison stands.

Oh, you are so funny! Actually, Chicago, SF, and LA are too crowded with the millions upon millions of tourists who flock there from around the world so it is a little tough to get around. But I'm sure once those tourists hear about your opinion they will just flock to Birmingham.
Detroit was OK - a little boring.

Social Security Administration, Medicare and Medicaid are also Headquartered in Cummings district. His district directly adjoins Washington DC.... Move all that shite to the South, along with the eight billion dollars a year subsidy Baltimore receives from the federal government. .. and all you can cite are college graduation rates representing people who moved in to the district, from other places, to work in Washington DC

So April Ryan is telling us that it's only acceptable for black Americans to seek elected office if they represent the plantation.
Got it.
Got it.
