In my opinion, yes. Also a really pretty campus, especially in November. Also true for virtually any college town regarding friendly fans.

Apparently Gameday in Tuscaloosa means showing up at 10:47. 
it went from unimpressive to one of the largest gameday crowds I've ever seen in about 5 minutes.
