Who Deserves Most of the Credit for the Revamped Offense?

Obviously the offensive effort this year is due to a number of working parts doing their job effectively. However, if you had to pinpoint one person (or position group) as being most responsible for the success in the passing game this year who would it be? Joe Brady? Burrow? The WRs? The O-Line?

Yes. I think we win tomorrow too.

1. Joe Brady
2. Not Steve Ensminger (If he were capable of doing it, he would have done it last year.)

Brady
O for hiring Brady
Burrow for knowing how to run this type of Offense
Ensminger for being able to adopt Brady and work with him
WR crew- For going through all the practice, working on catching balls

Joe Brady showed us how to run this offense and score points. We played our first few games using what he taught us. The lightning fast tempo RPO offense out of the spread.
Then came the Vandy game where our entire defensive front was out with injuries. Vandy scored way too many points on that defense and all the talking heads started doubting LSU’s team because of its poor defensive showing. O could not have that being a defensive guy.
Then O and E slowed the team down. They started playing the merkat check with me offense. Since this has happened, we have lost our position as the top scoring team in the nation. We have steadily watched our point totals lessen over the last few games.
E slowing down the offense makes us much more predictable like last year. Only because we have a Heisman QB have we been able to still put up yards but look at the auburn game’s score and you can see that E has reverted to calling plays more similar to the pace of last year.
If we don’t come out running the offense like we were against Texas and Vandy where the average scoring drive was six plays and two minutes, Alabama will win.
We have tried to keep Alabama’s offense off the field and control the clock for eight straight losses. If we try and protect the defense by hamstring the offense, we will lose again. I would feel better if E stayed home and Brady called the game.
Play to win instead of playing not to lose. Playing prevent defense and ball control is not a winning formula against bama. Score as many points as you can as fast as you can. Stretch the field and run a play as soon as the ref gets out the way. No merkat shite. Play offense as fast as humanly possible and blitz every play blowing up Tau’s launch pad. This is how we win.

I think The talent was always there
Brady brought a scheme that actually took advantage of it

First & foremost, Coach O. He knew what he wanted in an offense & found what appears to be the best guy to make it happen. Coach E deserves credit for not coping an ego issue & being a team player. And finally, Coach Brady for evaluating the talent & putting the package all together.

Coach O put it all together and made it happen , he’s the mastermind behind it.
