There is that MO again. Let me claim truth is propaganda. It is hard to over come the first thing people hear. Must be some mental defect in the brain waves.
Once it is claimed as false you have to go prove it is not false. lol. Mean while, every thing brought forth to show it is truth is deemed false, or propaganda. Neat little packaging.

The rule requiring that whistleblower have first hand knowledge was changed to a lower threshold. Second knowledge is now permissible for whistleblower status.
