In the 4 years JBE has been in office please share the effort and time he's put in on tort reform. Also please share all of the detailed plans for the items he says Rispone does not have a plan for.

I did not ask why he hasn't fixed them, I asked why hasn't he addressed them? Outside of the insane Sales Tax hike that went along with a booming economy, what has he done?
By not addressing them in his 4 years, are we to assume that he supported the decisions?

I believe he addressed the TOPS funding, and cuts to higher ed that Jindal decimated. He addressed the Group Benefits Health insurance program, that Jindal raided funds from that were intended to pay health insurance claims for state employees. He's addressed many of Jindal's faults, but not all of them. It';s why voters will give him another 4 years to complete the job.
As for TORT reform, you should check the bios of all the current legislators. Many of them that have R's behind their name, are also trial lawyers. The republicans had total control for 8 years under Jindal, JBE hasn't had that. So tell me WHY a conservative Republican governor and legislature for 8 years SPENT their way to a $2.5 billion deficit.

Erased a $2.5 billion deficit, fully funded TOPS, and stopped cuts to higher ed, just to name three.

Because if LA gets another 4 years of JBE any candidate with an R will win without contest. If Risponse gets in and does a half-decent job they have to wait at least 8.
