Has there been a measurable increase in security / drop of crime rates in these areas?

Shenandoah has one and it seems like there are burglaries all the time, although they all seem to occur at the northern end of the neighborhood. However, ticketing people for going 5 over has increased ten fold, so good to see that money is being put to good use.

I live in one and it’s been very positive. We have cameras at all entrances with license plate readers plus marked LEOs patrolling.

If you look on a crime map we have noticeably less (virtually none) crime compared to surrounding neighborhoods. Some of the surrounding neighborhoods are quite more expensive than mine with no CBD.
