The phrase "depends on" means that the phone call or meeting was contingent, at least in part, upon Ukraine being willing to "play ball" with the Biden investigation.

Why would anyone expect to see a quid pro quo in a call or meeting that was allegedly a part of the quid pro quo?

I'm a bit curious to see how many times Trump said "Biden" in those ...'s

Trump forgot the Jesus principal, you don't have to be guilty to be crucified... The narrative and ground work has been set with the media and leaks, now who ever decides to testify already knows what note to sing. Tim Morrison was on the call and he is gonna say the Trump transcript was doctored or made up and that he was pressuring Ukraine.

Trump would've been a great President if he kept his criticisms in his head and not made so many personal attacks.

I hope I'm wrong but here is a little prediction, Biden falls out of the race, Warren takes lead, Hillary jumps in and steals the primary. Trump under impeachment investigation, Hillary moves to the center and wins the election. Republicans take house, keep Senate and Hillary is a lame duck President.
