I usually do two different candy bins. One for the kids in our neighborhood and one for the kids that get bused in from BR.
I feel sorry for the black kids that live in your neighborhood that yall arent giving the good candy to

Because lets be honest, you dont know who in the hell the kids in your neighborhood are besides the ones on the streets right around you

Our neighborhood is pretty small. Roughly 150 homes. We also do a couple big neighborhood events a year so you get to meet all the new people. TBH, there may be one black family in the entire neighborhood, and one black older couple. So it really isn't that hard to tell who is from the neighborhood and who isn't. Our "non-neighborhood" bin is for those who CLEARLY aren't from the neighborhood (parents who are driving around in cars).

And our "not as good candy" is still good candy. It's just the fun sized version and not the full sized version.
