People that cry about kids trying to enjoy trick or treating in a neighborhood, are pathetic.

The kids don't bother me. It's their pathetic parents that do. Driving a car around the neighborhood following them from how to house because they're too lazy to walk. Halloween should be a night where there are hardly any cars on the road. Instead, there are more cars than usual. That's why I can't stand the parents that drive in. It's a safety issue.

Capital Heights Street is always busy, but the side streets are not. This year, the neighborhood association is closing Capital Heights between ingleside and glenmore, and inviting those who don't see much traffic to set up a station on the side of the street for that block, and Bee Nice is having a Bee Witched yard, with a bunch of witches giving a bunch of candy.
