There was a reason for that too. Given the fact that Auburn's offense was dog shite against LSU's defense the coaches decided to play the clock and field position game on offense instead of out scoring them a la Texas.

This is silly. You might be right but you might be dead wrong.
This is right there with “we don’t need a good field goal kicker because we only score touchdowns” crap.
