i'm thinking Denny Perkins is safer in jail than out on bond.

All those kids who ate those cupcakes and stuff. That's a LOT of angry parents. Just takes one.

Yep and with all the beans he's gonna be spilling, we need him to stay alive as long as possible.

Interdasting. Wonder why they did that considering he hasn't been convicted.......yet.

That's a come hither look if I ever saw one. How does one become pen pals with a convict? Asking for a friend.

Elayn Hunt has been known to hold prisoners who may be unsafe at some parish prisons.

Probably a more secure protective custody unit.

LINK

Ascension Parish Sheriff Bobby Webre said Wednesday that no specific threat or incident had occurred to spur that move.

He said that, when Perkins was arrested, Ascension Parish agreed to house the inmate on a short-term basis until bond had been determined, but didn't have the space to set aside a protective custody unit for the potentially months- or years long stint until Perkins' case makes it to trial.

Webre said given that there is no immediate chance for Perkins to be released on bond, he told Livingston Parish authorities he could not continue housing Perkins in protective custody at the local jail.

Thanks TGirl. I guess his safety was being compromised then. He's in for the cornholing of his life once he gets sentenced.

I am just wondering why LPSO lied about it.

LINK

Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Lori Steele said Wednesday that Perkins had been relocated to Hunt Correctional Facility, managed by the Louisiana Department of Corrections near St. Gabriel.

Steele said the move was for "safety reasons"

Why is that POS in civies with a belt? Shouldn't he be on some kind of suicide protocol with charges like this?

Protective orders.

Whomever has custody of the children probably (I think that would be her ex-husband) did this - after advice from legal counsel.

I am guessing - because these acts were done against her own children (and his step-children) the protective orders will keep the accused from contacting the victims.

You wouldn't want them to be able to manipulate them... or hurt them in anyway.

I am sure her biological children are devastated by the fact that their mom is in jail.....

It is a safety issue because Ascension does not have a long term protective custody unit to keep him in so they had to move him to somewhere that does

It’s not that complicated to understand or a conspiracy
