O is doing fine, but let's be realistic, many coaches can do the same at LSU. Many. Not all. There is a reason Saban wanted to coach at LSU.

Really? Bc last season the narrative was that Aranda was the only reason O doesn't look horrible. Can you say that now? The narrative was he only hired his friends. Can you say that? The narrative was he was unable to change. Can you say that?

I was wanting us to hire Jimbo and wasn't sold on O, but I wanted to give him a chance and supported him when he was named HC. He's done better than I ever imagined. We still don't know how it's going to play out, but damn, give the man his due. He's earned a lot of respect. Right now only arse hat LSU fans are refusing to admit that. The rest of CFB is signing his praises.

Here is what he did. He hired Matt Canada because everyone told him he was the best OC in the country. He fired him after one year when it made him look really bad because he knew it wasn’t going to work with the rest of the staff. He won 10 games with just Ensminger running the offense. He decided that wasn’t good enough and again totally revamped the offense and now has LSU on equal footing offensively with Ohio State, Alabama and Oklahoma in a season of historical offensive production.

I will be the first to admit I hated how the 2015 and 2016 seasons ended when we let Jimbo slip through our fingers then just took the easy way out and promoted O in the first place.

What he has accomplished is remarkable. Don’t believe me? Ask UGA fans. Ask Michigan fans.

“Anybody could win here” is the same thing USC, Florida State, and Michigan said as well as Florida post-Urban Meyer. How is that working out for them? You are an idiot.

Tennessee, Texas, Florida, USC all could say that anyone could do well there. It doesn't work out that way. Texas still isn't back. Florida has gone through 3 dumpster fire hires since Spurrier left and USC the same after Carroll.
Nick inherited a dispirited program that was a dumpster fire. Dinardo left him some quality pieces but there were big holes in the roster. Not many can do what Saban did.
O is doing a great job

Yet no respectable coach wanted the job.

"What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul."
