I'm 77, 6'3", weigh 207, 34" waist.
I can still jump rope, stand on one foot in the shower and wash the other. I can still do sit ups, but not push ups. I have a rotator cuff injury that prevents push ups. Top that.
I'm very fortunate.

Wow good for you Gus007 that’s pretty damn impressive at 77. I hope at 77 I can do all that, hell I hope I’m still here at 77.
