I've tried this. I have a mifi and it will work early in the day before campus gets crowded. Once campus gets crowded, I can't stream at all. Maybe it's just where I'm located.... Maybe it's all over campus, but in the heart of campus, it doesn't work.

I’ve never had an issue but use my iPad hotspot.
