Bama are looking machine like again. A prolific offense alone won’t beat them. The defense will need to step up a lot.

Honestly doesn’t matter that much when you score every time you touch the ball

35-40 might not be enough.

Cover the middle and make Tua beat us with long throws. Sure, some are going to connect. But most aren’t. He’s just not that accurate with deep throws.

70 of Ole Miss’ 110 roster are freshmen.

They played with them until losing their starting SS and both DEs. Ole Miss’ only offensive threat is QB running the ball.

Tua looks good, but Burrow has been at least as impressive IMO.

UF, Auburn, Clemson defenses all look better than Bama’s so far. If we move the ball against the gators like we have all year + defense keeps getting healthy I’m going to feel solid about the Tigers’ chances at Bryant-Denny this year.

I know a lot of people say that every year, but I don’t.

Bama has the secondary to slow LSU down. Receivers won’t be open like the Texas game. It’s a different talent level.

In my mind, I'm already there.

I’m just hoping they’re in a 2 possession game going into the 4th. That at one time would have been a death nell for LSU. With the current offense, they would be in it.

Then how did a shitty South Carolina team torch them?

Same way Vandy scored 38 on us. They always bring their best against LSU. We’d better do the same.

This may be the reason we are focusing on zone defense so much this year.

Vandy didn’t score 38 on our defense.
