Will it be good weight resist and cardio

Did you already abandon just spin class?
Your other thread
Look, a balanced exercise program with weights and cardio is best. If you just want cardio, go for it. Spin vs rowing machine isn't going to make a huge difference if you try hard.

I don't want to get bulky trying to be lean

If you want to lose your virginity, I'd recommend you do some squats, deadlifts, and bench press.

A mix of weights and cardio is a better way to be lean.
Cardio only will get you more towards skinnyfat. Weight training has a positive metabolic effect which will help with fat burning.
Getting bulky is not going to happen as a natural unless you explicitly try to do it.

Then Don't, but understand you aren't going to get lean like you think. You more than likely have very very little muscle mass despite what you think. So even if you get down to a very low bf% you are not going to look anything but skinny.
And don't want to get bulky...yea since it's so easy. Tons of big guys walking around the gym. Grfo with that 1950s logic.

Nobody “likes” it. It’s hard work, but it’s a means to an end. I mean, I “like” it, but it’s a grind.

You're getting answers about what you should do.
If you don't care what you should do and want to do what you like to do, it's your life and your decision.
What you like to do doesn't change what is best for you to do.

Pick a linear program. If you google this site and linear program, you'll find a zillion threads.
Then, just do the program along with whatever cardio classes you like.

Rowing is the only machine which reduce weight more than any other exercise. You can even google it. I think it's great substitute for spin class.
