Rowing is the only machine which reduce weight more than any other exercise. You can even google it. I think it's great substitute for spin class.

Yes most of the people avoid doing decline. They prefer cable cross overs or parallel bar dips for lower chest

Eating right plays a significant role if you want to stay healthy. I have been working out since eleven years and I never get fat. The reason is I always eat right and eat five times a day (small meals)
