Is the LSU band still not allowed to play "Neck"? Visiting band plays a banned song at WVU

What?

Sweet Caroline is a staple at the Camp.

But then so is the student section screaming "eat shite, frick you" back and forth.

Can hear both on the TV quite often.

No idea what "Neck" is or why it's a big deal.
