RB athletic stats

Quick question, what athletic stats (bench,deadlift,squat,40,vert, weight etc.) do you guys consider as good for a high school senior running back who wants to play D1 football?

I know from experience a longtime NFL RB who was 220 lbs and extremely lean as a senior. Not sure on other measurables.
Being a sprinter on the track team is probably a good idea in addition to weight training.

Tricky thing. I barely lifted seriously as a junior and was getting looks from D-2 and double A programs.
Focused my senior year on getting as jacked, strong, and big as possible and it slowed me down and I was just not the same player anymore. I’d say lift throughout HS but don’t focus so much on those raw numbers. A college strength and conditioning program will get you (or your son or whoever) where you need to be. Focus on just playing the game, knowing the offense, getting your hands better, cutting, ladders, and quick burst speed. Those lifting numbers are mostly irrelevant. I left my sr year benching 315, squatting 450, and deadlifting about 465 and was a worse playing than when I was lifting 2/3rds of that.
I was eventually able to walk on and play college ball so I have a semblance of knowledge on this matter.

Id say at least DL 405, squat 350, clean 225, bench 250. 190 lb + on the weight

There is no way of answering that. Some guys don't lift and are freaks
It's a simple thing, focus on speed (if you need tips go watch Joe defranco videos) and focus on getting as strong as you can while getting better footwork.
If you haven't been lifting, I suggest greyskull for lifting, if you have, use westside 4 skinny bastards.
For footwork, bfs dot drill and get good as shite at jump rope including advance techniques. Use ladder drills amongst others things.
For speed, work the prowler with really have pushes. Work on proper pushing/running angle and oversteiding Work the first 10-15 yards hard as hell, working on cutting down the number of steps it takes to cover the first 10 yards.
For vertical Google Joe Defrancos videos on it.

I went to high school with a guy who had scholarship offers to Arkansas, Clemson, and South Carolina back in 2001. He played RB and linebacker.
He was 6’1 about 240.
I remember him maxing 375 on bench but his legs were really strong. He repped 315 on cleans and could squat over 500 pounds.
Not sure on his 40 yard dash time nor am I positive he was being offered as an RB but it might give a little insight. Dude was fricking strong but also kinda fat so take it for what it’s worth.
He was 6’1 about 240.

What is his height & weight?
Strong base is obviously ideal. Top tier P5 RBs have huge squat and DL numbers.
The other numbers will need to relative to his size, so that would help answering your question
