The Food and Drug Administration is currently finalizing its guidance to remove all non-tobacco flavors of e-cigarettes, including mint and menthol, from the market within 30 days.
This is a good thing. Young and healthy people have been dropping because of this.

Banning things is almost never a good thing. Young and healthy people are dropping due to their own decisions.

So ban flavor in foods because America is fat?
You are praising the banning of sparkles, not the banning of the sparkled dagger (which would become a black market sword if banned). Enforce laws giving this access to minors would be the correct solution. In fact let’s raise the age of voting and adulthood (nicotine, alcohol, THC, gambling) to 21.

They are Americans who have the freedom to choose what they want to do! How dare the government tell a company what they can and can’t do! MAGA!!!

How many have dropped due to cigarettes? Yet they somehow managed to stay legal
I smell a special interest group jumping at an opportunity to eliminate a competitor
