Fuxk that. He was making a hustle play to try and block a PAT. Him coming around so quick is likely what caused the kicker to push it right

as much as I agree that the kicker embellished it... it still should've been a penalty... just not the 15 yard variety
I think the 5 yard running into the kicker penalty should've been the call there... either way it's a re-kick closer to the goalposts

He made a dumb mistake. He's a rookie. At least he did it in the first game of the season in a game we won instead of a playoff game

can say the same thing about Deonte Harris fair catching a punt at the 3 yard line
plus I'm pretty sure he had another flub later in the game
but same thing with him... a rookie making rookie mistakes... get them out of your system now

I have zero problems with him. It was an unfortunate outcome, but he was trying to make a play. I have no problems with hustling mistakes. He’s a rookie......learn from it and move on. If he makes a habit of it, then I’ll reevaluate my stance.
