Use special teams practice time for hands team work!! Not only did UT almost recover while Fulton didn’t make any attempt at catching the ball, but had he been able to stay on his feet he would’ve scored.

Ball is dead at the spot of recovery in every single level of football. Same type of rule as how you can't advance a muffed punt.
