Bob Broadhead was the 1980s LSU Joe Alleva. We just didn't have TD to solidfy our hatred.

what was the Broadhead-gate scandal where he bugged someone's office or something, someone actually hired a banner towing plane to fly around the stadium during a game that said "bug off Bob"

This couldn’t be more wrong. Bugs Brodhead was waaayyy ahead of his time with things like in stadium revenue, ppv games etc. He was the one that hired Bill Arnsparger but resigned before Archer was hired. He also hired Sue Gunter and Skip Bertman.
