Kudos to this young man, for evolving into the true threat that he has become. Many Tiger faithful had less-than-high hopes, regretfully, based on the immortally pathetic performance of a certain brother-who-shall-remain-nameless in the 2011 Natty. Justin has made the family name proud. Kid is a beast.

Some poster in the off-season told me he was an average wr when I said he was a 3rd round pick at worst

He's not a speed-burner, but he's deceptive, he gets open, and he has good hands.

Well they arent very faithful because Ricky Jefferson was a pretty good player after Jordan and before Justin

His body control and hands on that back shoulder TD catch was a thing of beauty.

I saw him working out with Jordan Jefferson one day in New Orleans years ago.

skinny kid, only reason i knew who he was was bc I went and said hey to JJ and he said he was getting his boy ready for LSU... i looked like “ok...”

I think Jefferson earner his way into the Nfl draft

He runs the best routes, it’s a reason he’s always open

the staff loved him his SR year, thought he was the best WR in LA. Dont let the 2 star thing get in the way of that. No one thought he would qualify, which is why he had a shitty offer sheet

Can we please not bash Jordan anymore? The dude won a lot of games at lsu, and in spite of the fans, he marshalled his two, stud brothers to baton rouge.

Had he been given an offense like we have now to run, he'd probably be a tiger legend.

frick you and any alleged tiger fan that agrees with you. STOP shitting on the last LSU QB to beat Alabama.

Jordan Jefferson did more for this program than any of you pathetic mother frickers can imagine.

The entire Jefferson family is LSU royalty and frick you for thinking otherwise.

Anyone that watched him last year knew that was a lock

He’s similar to Jarvis Landry. Not a burner but great hands and route runner

It was not much evolution. It seems that way because nobody knew him that well, but he owned LSU camps in HS...he was absolutely eating 5 star db ankles at those. Qualified very late in June before freshmen year. He’s been an elite route runner.

He’s not really tho. He plays quicker, but he will run around 4.6 in combine. He ran a 4.7 or so out of high school. That’s why he wasn’t highly recruited. He had size and etc, but lacked explosion. Jefferson is a precise route runner. He does it at an elite level; that’s how he gets his separation.

Wish I could find the thread

I said if DJ Chark can go 3rd round then JJ will go 3rd round at worst and the dude told me Chark was way better than Jefferson

Chark was a one trick pony, speed deep threat.
