Staying at the Drury Inn and Suites for the first time. Impressive value

I usually stay at Hiltons and Marriotts but wife wanted us to stay close to a certain area so I looked for highest rated hotels and the Drury had almost 5 stars.
Service has been fantastic. general manager made sure to introduce himself to me. Interior is way nicer than I expected. Up to 3 free alcoholic beverages per adult, full service bar. breakfast and dinner included in hotel price, and the suites weren’t expensive at all. Haven’t seen any riff raff either. Is this a one off or have I been missing out?

Which one?
I stayed at the one in Columbus, OH and had a similar experience. The three free drinks packed the lobby every evening for sure. The food wasn't really what I'd eat, but whatever. Service was good. Rooms were clean and cheap.

There was a thread not long ago where Drury was talked up quite a bit.
I'm def. going to consider them on my next trip where I'm not using the point with Marriott.

Stayed at one over the summer in Colorado Springs. Great hotel.

Drury is an under the radar champ.
Free happy hour and whores devores. Hot breakfast with real food. Even fresh salsa and green chile when in season in my neck of the woods.
Clientele seems to be 70% travel ball families, 20% fed gov employees, 10% other.
Drury is legit.

We love Drury Inn. Stayed at the one in Nola a few times. The one in St. Louis by the Arch was very nice about 10 years ago.

Stayed at Drury in Austin a few years back. Lobby was jamming for the free drinks.

I have stayed at these many times. I have 2 dogs and they allow animals with no deposit.
