Sounds like the adults in the room need to tell this guy to shut the frick up so they can get the problem solved. However, it's Seattle so he's probably being applauded.

There aren’t any adults in the room. If grown arse adults were actually in the room, people using the sidewalks as toilets never becomes a problem because local govt doesn’t turn a blind eye to it in the first place... places like Seattle and San Francisco have become paralyzed by their own idealistic worldview, to this point where they believe the shite of each individual victim class doesn’t stink despite the mountains of evidence on their streets and sidewalks that it indeed does.
