"THE 1992 CAMPAIGN: The Economy; Despite Recession's End, Bush May Face Unusually Harsh Public Judgment"
He "faced harsh judgment" because the NYT and the rest didn't mention this too often between this article and the election.
and yet with that treatment the Bushes STILL kiss the media's arse
