China May Have Hacked Hillary's Server -- But Not As Louie Gohmert Implied

Fake News plays both ways folks.
Get ready for some from the right on the topic of Hillary’s emails being forwarded to the Chinese. Louie Gohmert has raised that spector on several occasions. Turns out he was off-base. Nonetheless, several outlets are deliberately misreporting that Horowitz identified a massive Chinese hack of HRC's server. That is Fake News.
An example:
All But 4 of Hillary Clinton’s Emails from her Illicit Home Server Were Forwarded To Chinese Gmail Address
Summary:
Paul Combetta, Hillary's IT guy, set up a "dummy email address" –– “CarterHeavyIndustries@gmail.com“ –– to collect copies of communications from HRC's server. CarterHeavyIndustries@gmail.com was cc'd on all emails.
Somehow, through either rampant incompetence or willful negligence, the FBI missed this. However, the Intel Community IG did not. The ICIG didn't know who the CarterHeavyIndustries address belonged to, so they Googled it. They got no hits for the email address. But the search did bring up "Shandong Carter Heavy Industry Machinery CO., LTD". Shandong is a Chinese Company with a branch in NorthernVa.
Aside from similarity of names, there was no connection established between Shandong and CarterHeavyIndustries' gmail. But the "anomaly" was "red flagged" by the ICIG, and passed on to Strzok & Co who seemed to show little interest. Strzok testified to Louie Gohmert he didn't even recall the conversation. Meanwhile, Gohmert jumped to the conclusion that CarterHeavyIndustries@gmail.com was a Chinese account.
Combetta refuses to talk with Horowitz. He did acknowledge though lawyers the CarterHeavyIndustries gmail was his, and was used as a dummy account. We do not know who besides Combetta had access to it. Being gmail, obviously Google had access.

NC, didnt you say they searched this fella's (Combetta) office, residence etc a couple of months ago?

It’s all semantics. Her and about six others should be in prison whether someone got her emails or not. Yet she was allowed to run for president and had the media bend over backwards to cover her.

Your point is taken, NC, but the bottom line is still this: HRC had absolutely no regard for the proper handling of classified information being sent/received via email. She KNEW that such information should only be sent/received via a SCIF. She DELIBERATELY ignored protocol. Her actions directly led to the deaths of U. S. assets in China.
She, and everyone who used/knew about her little system need to rot in jail for the rest of their miserable lives. Those who refused to prosecute or in any other way enabled this activity should be brought up on charges of conspiracy to commit the crimes she and her minions committed.
My personal opinion is that her server was probably hacked, but that's not the worst part. My gut tells me she was selling classified information and using that server as a portal to access the information. Once the payment was received by her foundation, then access code was sent and those who paid got what they wanted.
Like I said, that's just my gut, but with so much evidence missing/destroyed (some of it destroyed AFTER subpoena) we may never get to the truth unless someone decides to roll on her.

You can't trust any of this information unless you have confidence in those doing the investigations. It's highly likely that finding a plausible explanation is part of the coverup.
I can tell you that sending emails to a dummy email address is extremely suspicious.

Thats what I mean NC, and I see your point. To call it gross negligence is being a bit kind. Its obvious he was directed to do it. No IT person would expose that info to a public email, much less a chinese company.
I am in awe of just how arrogant these fkers are. No wonder they think the rest of the world is deplorable, they are actively committing heinous crimes while running for president. Just unbelievable.

Given that the initial "cover story" for this setup was that its ease of use for SoS to only need one mobile device (one for work one for personal) so why wasn't the dummy email address her State Dept email?
Add to this that Combetta is most likely "stonetear" from reddit and you can begin to see this was an intentional act to set up her email this way

You missed the MAIN KEY ELEMENT in that report. Its at the bottom of page 5 and continues at the top of page 6.
What this means is that the dummy e-mail account was set up after the fact to cover the fact that emails were being directly forwarded some place else. So where were the emails sent? Especially, the ones from 2010-2012? China.
The entire thing is BS. It shows that our FBI did a half-assed job investigating this a did not pursue all leads. The DOJ OIG had to clean up the mess and I think this investigation should be reopened to get to the bottom of it.

If improperly sending SSNs over unencrypted UNCLASSIFIED email merits a 3-day account lockout, remedial training and a mass exmerge on the main address server...what would what the Clinton State Department did here merit?
