Thanks!

I hope the full Non-Prosecution Agreement is eventually released to the public through the pending civil lawsuits filed by victims in connection with that 2008 matter, just as some docs already have.

And even better would be a finding that Epstein's subsequent criminal behavior nullified the NPA altogether as to any co-conspirators given my understanding that the NPA hinged on Epstein's plea being ultimately successful. Epstein 2008 plea nullified, NPA nullified.

BUT even if that doesnt happen, any acts occurring after the 2008 plea and related NPA wouldnt be covered anyway. Im sure some nasty things happened in the intervening 11 years and those are fair game against anyone involved in that time frame. Epstein clearly can't cooperate in any of that, but Maxwell and likely any one of numerous others trying to save their skin could.

Really thought she bolted to a non-extradition country. Pretty surprised she hasn't.

What do you think California is?

According to Ken Starr, who was one of Epstein's attorneys in Palm Beach, says all of the Co-Conspirators were covered under the Florida plea deal, and are free birds...immune from prosecution.

Not immune however from Clintoncution. No one with ties to this wants her getting a book deal and throwing this out into the public whether they can be prosecuted for it or not.

I agree. Seeing the full agreement would be very interesting. Also interested in dates for all the new charged activity and if they voided his agreement. Regardless, she was his main connection to the underaged girls per the plaintiffs and it’s doubtful he replaced her after 2008 when they lived together.

Absolutely. Which is why she is still very, very relevant and pertinent in any ongoing matters. Thus a threat to anyone to whom Epstein was a threat. Theoretically she would be able to cooperate in any way Epstein could potentially have. If not in terms of anything subject to the 2008 agreement, definitely in connection with anything thereafter.

There's no telling, she may already be cooperating and has further forfeited her passport to keep her from easily absconding internationally.

If she’s already cooperations, she’s a fool for being out in the open.
