What time should we arrive to partake in the festivities Saturday? I'd like to know because some of my crew are planning on going to Bourbon Street Friday night and are being whiny about leaving early Saturday morning..

It depends on what you want. The big events are a few hours before kick offs. They will post the schedule a week or so in advance.
People will be out there drinking by 0700 but campus is buzzing around noon and nice and drunk by 4.
