Yes unfortunately the memory of Big Lee is fading.

Andy was a recent guest on Bobby Lee's TigerBelly podcast and you could tell that he is off the wagon. Apparently he was sober for over a year, but recently began partying his arse off again. As cringy/sad as it was to see Bobby struggling to try to know how to address Andy's problem, the worst part of this video is the loser that tagged along to the podcast with Andy. The kid clearly is an enabler of Andy's demons.
As for the French Quarter vid, that was a total chicken shite move, even though Andy Dick most likely provoked it.

you not believe in personal responsibility?
Does the wife ALSO have responsibility? Sure. But that doesn't absolve Andy Dick, if he did that.

Are you fricking retarded? He's not liable at all.

Omg
This baw just casually strolls away then right as he turns the corner the chasing girl busts her arse out of nowhere.

See, Andy Dick can’t get someone on narcotics any more than you could get me on narcotics.
If you offered, I would say no.
If I accepted, I would be at fault.

Not a fan of Andy Dick but the sucker punch is the trademark of a pussy. If you're not man enough to square off with Andy Dick then you are a bitch.

This happened 21+ years ago. And he wasn't held liable.
What planet do you live on? It was her fault for taking the coke and her fault for shooting her husband and herself. Blaming someone who offered her coke is like blaming the person she got the gun from. It's idiotic.

I believe in personal responsibility and accountability.
A lot more people used to believe in it too.

I believe in it as well, but him doing that is really not cool. It's obviously a more personal area with me, but it's just not good at all.
You don't offer someone in recovery drugs. Sadly, that's what a lot of other addicts do though. There's this inate desire to drag others down to your level.
I don't think he should be in jail over it, but he certainly made things worse. And he makes himself an easy target for lashing out.

of course, he'll get more views of this knockout than any of his shows have gotten.

Certainly more entertaining than anything he has done since the William Shatner roast.

Sure, I won't deny that.
But she grabbed the gun. She shot her husband. She drove to a friends house then came back. She locked herself in the bathroom. She shot herself. The night of the murder, they were in an argument in which Phil said he would leave her if she went back to drugs. She chose to kill him instead.
This was in May of 1998. The incident that Lovitz mentioned where he saw Andy give her coke was a Christmas party. We can probably assume it was 1997, but his story doesn't specify.
Is it shitty? Sure. Is he the reason she murder suicided? No. She was.

On the civil side, what is the COA and what is your theory of the case?
